Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Who We Are
Ravello Jets is an air charter broker as defined under 14 CFR Part 295. We arrange private air charter services on behalf of our clients by sourcing aircraft from independently certificated operating carriers. Ravello Jets does not own or operate any aircraft. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Role and Part 295 Disclosures
As required by 14 CFR Part 295, we disclose the following:
Capacity: Ravello Jets acts as an agent of the charterer. We arrange air charter transportation on your behalf by sourcing aircraft and negotiating with independently certificated operating carriers. We are not a direct air carrier, indirect air carrier, or foreign air carrier. We do not hold an FAA Part 135 certificate or any foreign equivalent operating authority.
Operating carrier identification: The air transportation you purchase through us is provided by the operating carrier identified in your booking confirmation, not by Ravello Jets. The operating carrier for each flight will be identified to you before you commit to a booking. You may request the operating carrier’s safety record, certificate status, and insurance details at any time.
Broker insurance: Ravello Jets maintains Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance covering brokerage services, including errors in booking, scheduling, and itinerary coordination. Ravello Jets does not carry liability insurance covering charterers and passengers for incidents arising from the operation of aircraft; such coverage is the responsibility of the operating carrier, which is required to maintain hull and liability insurance as a condition of its operating certificate.
Available on request (14 CFR § 295.24(b)): Upon request, Ravello Jets will disclose: (i) any business relationships with operating carriers that could influence carrier selection; (ii) the total cost breakdown including all broker fees and carrier charges; and (iii) any fees collected by third parties in connection with your charter.
3. Operational Control Rests with the Carrier
Operational control of every flight arranged through Ravello Jets rests exclusively with the operating carrier. This includes all decisions regarding flight safety, crew assignment, aircraft maintenance, flight routing, weather-related delays or cancellations, and regulatory compliance. Ravello Jets has no authority over, and assumes no responsibility for, the operational decisions of any carrier.
The pilot-in-command of the operating carrier has final authority over the safe conduct of the flight, including the right to refuse departure, divert, or cancel a flight for any safety-related reason.
4. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Ravello Jets are estimates based on information available at the time of quoting, including aircraft availability, fuel costs, landing fees, repositioning requirements, and applicable taxes. Quotes are not binding until you receive a written booking confirmation.
Prices may be subject to adjustment for changes in fuel surcharges, airport fees, international overflight charges, de-icing, customs fees, or other costs that arise between the time of quoting and the time of travel. Any such adjustments will be communicated to you before departure.
5. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
Eligibility: Our services are offered to adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to request a quote, make a booking, create an account in our app, or purchase a membership. By doing any of these you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly contract with anyone under 18, and we may cancel a booking, account, or membership if we learn that this is not the case. Minors may travel as passengers when the booking is made by a responsible adult, who remains the contracting party.
A booking is confirmed when you accept a quote in writing and payment is received in accordance with the terms stated in your booking confirmation. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment deadlines, are specified in each booking confirmation.
Cancellation terms vary by booking and are set out in your booking confirmation. Cancellations may be subject to fees, including but not limited to repositioning costs already incurred by the operating carrier, crew positioning expenses, and non-refundable third-party charges. Ravello Jets will make reasonable efforts to minimize cancellation costs but cannot guarantee full refunds once an operator has been contracted.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate passenger names, identification details, and travel documents as required for each flight and destination.
- Ensuring all passengers hold valid passports, visas, and any other documentation required by the countries of departure, arrival, and overflight.
- Complying with all customs, immigration, and security requirements, including advance passenger information submissions (eAPIS, CBSA) where applicable.
- Arriving at the departure point at the time specified in your booking confirmation.
- Adhering to all safety instructions issued by the operating carrier and its crew.
- Ensuring that luggage and cargo comply with the weight and dimensional limits specified for the aircraft.
- Disclosing any hazardous materials, firearms, or other restricted items before departure.
7. Delays, Disruption, and Substitution
Air travel is subject to delays, diversions, and cancellations caused by weather, air traffic control, mechanical issues, crew availability, airport restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. Ravello Jets is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from such events.
In the event that the originally contracted aircraft becomes unavailable, Ravello Jets will make commercially reasonable efforts to source a substitute aircraft of comparable category and capability. Any substitution will be communicated to you before departure, along with any price adjustment. You retain the right to decline a substitution and cancel the booking subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ravello Jets acts as a broker, not a carrier. Our liability is limited to the brokerage services we provide. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss, damage, or death arising from the operation of any aircraft, which is the sole responsibility of the operating carrier.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or missed connections, regardless of the cause.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from our brokerage services shall not exceed the brokerage fee paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming. Where United States federal aviation regulations apply to the brokerage services provided, such regulations shall govern to the extent of any conflict with state law.
