Ravello Jets is an air charter broker as defined under 14 CFR Part 295. We arrange private air charter on behalf of our clients. We do not own or operate any aircraft. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Ravello Jets.

When you request a quote, book a flight, create an account, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, travel dates and itineraries, passenger names, passport or travel document details, dietary or medical requirements, billing information, and company affiliation.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and device identifiers. We collect this information through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies as described in Section 6 below.

We use the information we collect to:
- Arrange air charter services, including preparing quotes, coordinating with operating carriers, and managing itineraries.
- Communicate with you about your bookings, account, and our services.
- Process payments and maintain financial records.
- Comply with aviation regulations, customs requirements, and applicable law.
- Submit required passenger information to government authorities (eAPIS, CBSA, CBP).
- Improve our website, services, and client experience.

4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your personal information only where necessary to arrange and complete your travel or where required by law. Recipients include:
- Operating carriers: The Part 135 operators (or foreign equivalent) who operate the aircraft on your flight. They receive passenger manifests and travel details required for safe operations.
- Ground services: FBOs, ground transportation providers, catering companies, and customs handlers who provide services in connection with your trip.
- Government authorities: Customs and border agencies (including U.S. CBP, Canadian CBSA), the FAA, Transport Canada, and other regulatory bodies when required by law or regulation, including eAPIS filings.
- Service providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email platforms, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- Legal and compliance: Courts, regulators, or law enforcement where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form and anonymized within 26 months.

Because we arrange air charter across international borders, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. This includes transfers to the United States, Canada, and any country to or from which you are traveling. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections with our service providers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Anyone creating an account in our app must confirm that they are 18 or older before the account is created, and we record that confirmation. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. Note that passenger information for minors traveling on chartered flights is collected from the booking adult and handled as part of the booking record.
