Fund security
Your funds stay yours until a flight is booked.
When you deposit funds into the Ravello One Jet Card, that money is held in escrow by an independent
escrow agent, a law firm named in your program documents. It is not held by us, and it is not used to
fund our operations. Funds are released from escrow only to pay for a specific flight you have booked,
and only with the explicit authorisation of Ravello Jets Inc. Operators require payment in full before
departure, so the release happens once your flight is confirmed, and never for anything other than your flight.
Interest earned on escrowed balances is retained by Ravello Jets and offsets the cost of holding your funds independently. Your principal is never drawn except to pay for a flight you have booked and Ravello Jets Inc. has authorised.
Flight-by-flight drawdown
Nothing leaves escrow in bulk, and nothing leaves ahead of a booking. When a flight is booked and
authorised, its cost plus your management fee is drawn from your balance and paid to the operator. You
receive a statement before you fly showing the raw cost, the fee, and your remaining balance.
Released only for your flight
Funds transfer to the operator only once a specific flight is booked, confirmed, and explicitly
authorised by Ravello Jets Inc. Operators require payment in full before departure, which is why the
release happens before you fly rather than after. Nothing is released for any other purpose.
Protected if we fail
The escrow agreement stipulates that undrawn funds remain your legal property. They cannot be
seized as part of a bankruptcy estate if Ravello Jets were ever to fail.
Refundable, in writing
The escrow agreement sets out an explicit written procedure under which all unused deposits remain
fully refundable to you. If you decide the program is not for you, your unflown balance is returned
in accordance with your program terms. Because the funds are held independently, returning them
does not depend on our cash position.
A copy of the escrow agreement is available on request.
